Why is There a Need for PROSPEX Services?

PROSPEX and national inspector organizations are different from and complement one and other.  Each offers distinct and important services and benefits.

PROSPEX provides home inspectors services that national organizations do not offer and were never intended to offer.  While trade associations such as ASHI, NAHI, and InterNACHI offer home inspectors national affiliation, recognition, and education, they cannot provide both one-on-one assistance and a continuous stream of business, marketing, and inspection related articles and documents. In addition, they cannot help you if you receive a demand letter from an unhappy customer or a customer’s attorney. PROSPEX  provides its subscribers such one-on-one consulting and assistance as well as regular inspection-related business, marketing, and technical articles and documents for an annual fee of $300.00, about half the cost of the liability insurance premium for an inspection company.
